After wanting flexibility and control over her work/life balance Tracey founded Your A Team in February 2022. Tracey’s vision was to create a powerhouse of support for smart New Zealand business owners, whilst doing the work she enjoyed doing.

She went on to win two awards at the NZ Virtual Assistant Awards 2022;

Newcomer of the Year 2022 and Virtual Assistant of the Year 2022.

Known as the go-to "Admin Lady" within her circle of friends, Michaela is a Virtual Office Manager & our dedicated Client Success Manager.

Michaela takes care of our Client onboarding process to ensure they receive VIP treatment.   In her spare time, Michaela is also a dedicated Virtual Office Manager to our biggest South Island client.

I decided to become a VA to utilise my Administration skill set whilst having the flexibility to work from home with the ability to have a more balanced work/ family life.

This is my first time being a VA, the ability to get satisfaction from my work with the flexibility of working from home is something I am looking forward to.
